AN AU FOOD REVIEW:
Since we are writing Evaluation essays this week, you must post an original evaluation of something you purchased and ate (or attempted to eat) on the AU campus. This can be any breakfast, lunch, or dinner serves in the MP. You must be as over the top as possible in your judgments and critiques. The evaluation must be at least 40 words. First 5 posts that meet the criteria win a prize!
Uncrustables peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are a decent option for a quick and tasty snack. The Haven charges about 1.40$ for one individually wrapped peanut butter and jelly sandwich. These are easy to eat because of the way the bread forms around the peanut butter and jelly, making this an easy thing to eat. The probability of making a mess while eating an Uncrustable is low. Just as the name says, these are sandwiches with white bread, and no crust. This may or may not appeal to the target audience of small children. Overall the Uncrustables peanut butter and jelly sandwich is a tasty and inexpensive way to eat a quick meal.

DeleteFood from the MP is never appealing beyond the name. So I should not have been surprised when I went for breakfast and it was on the verge of unedible. The food smelled fantastic and fresh, while my taste buds said otherwise. I had gotten wheat bread, and put it into the toaster oven, that ended up burning my toast, which is not my preference. Therefore, unedible in my opinion. Granted I am thankful to have the availability of food, I would just prefer something more appetizing. There were also these diced potatoes that looked delicious and appealing, but were quite a let down in taste. The keptchup I tried to give them some flavor did not do the job of making these less than appetizing potatoes somewhat appealing.
ReplyDeleteChrista---Must be posted before class. Good try though. If you wrote this prior to class, but forgot to post, let me know.
